Very unprofessional, just confirms my view that Sky news coverage as well as all the other Rupert Murdoch news outlets (The Sun etc) of the election has been skewed against the labour Party. Sky news is quickly becoming the UK's version of Fox News and who owns that TV station? - Hmmmm - Rupert Murdoch isnt it - f*cking tory lover

Yeah impartial

Campbell was, as usual, coming out with bollocks, making the massive losses in seats and votes taken by Labour seem like a victory... Boulton nailed him...

Better that than the Labour media faking photos of alleged abuse by troops, eh?

When asked why Burnley had been relegated from the Premier League on SSN Campbell replied that they hadn't as yet despite having less points than West Ham.

He said the Clarets board were in negotations with Hull to form a coalition side provided Brain Laws resigned before October.

The thing with Campbell supporting his local side is you don't know if you should applaud him for *not* being a plastic, or if you should think he's only supporting his local team to show his affinity to grass roots, working class etc...

Hit the nail on the head there. I haven't listened to a word the media has said these past 6 months because it's all been so blatantly biased with an alterior motive.

i can understand boulton's frustration
the desicion by gordon brown was taken after a meeting between himself, mandelson and campbell and not his fellow cabinet members.
so you have an unelected prime minister a spin doctor and a man who is generally known as the deputy prime minister who incidentally was never elected and dosent hold a constituency seat calling the shots.
Their proposals if a coalition is successful is to give us another unelected prime minister in september.
On the subject of a lib labour coalition one party wants to continue spending the money we dont have and the other one is agreeing with the tories about instant cuts.
cant see where this is going myself and i think the daily star got it right this morning about stop clowning around and start to sort our country out.

Wouldn't it be a big smack in the eye for the right wing media if Clegg decides to side with Labour? If the Tories get in be prepared for swingeing cuts in public services, massive job losses a double dip recession and the devastation of the Welsh, Scottish and Irish economies. History will tell you that the Tories will look after a very small percentage of the population at the top of the tree and it won't be any different this time, if they get in. No matter who gets in though we are in for an election in very short order again. So be prepared for more biased rants from fatty Boulton    The Tory boy came out of the closet last night allright    The slogan of the year so far has been "Transparent my arse". I suspect "Impartial my ass" will be on a few peoples lips as well    Mr Boulton should take a few lessons in impartiallity from the BBC's Nick Robinson a very proffesional Journalist and you would not believe it if you listened to his Political commentary, but he is a proper Tory.

Well, Boulton is passionate, I suppose. Better than apathy.

For all the Labour inspired claims of bias, they ignore the overriding leftist agendas pushed by the BBC - who recieve direct funding from the government.

Hardly.

If Campbell wanted to complain of media bias, that's a fair enough point. You can't selectively pick and choosen who you complain about, though.

Don't think he was being selective at all he's far too sharp for that. Her just referred to the right wing media who have been very biased during the campaign and Adam Boulton's rant perfectly highlighted that assertion. Sky News and the Sun as well as other right wing Media outlets have hardly been fair and balanced in their reporting of electoral events. I say "fair and balanced", because that is Fox news favourite catchword and who do they represent, the political right wing and are owned by the one and same Rupert Murdoch

As have the left wing media.

End of the day, the problem is people only look at one media source to get their information. Viewing both sides of the spectrum enables you to analyse both and form your own opinions based upon as "middle ground".

The difference between Sky / Sun and the BBC are that the former you make a choice to pay for. The latter, you've no option as you have to pay the licence fee which directly funds the BBC, hence there's a greater expectation of impartiality on the Beeb.

It should be incumbent on all the media to be impartial, however theres a bit of wonga at stake for Sky and the Sun etc and it may backfire against them for being so blatant in their bias. Preferably I would like to see a Tory minority government and watch them f**k things up in very short order. Many many people will lose their jobs and we will be in for a double dip recession as if a single dip hasn't been bad enough. Be careful what you wish for

There's equally reason for the Beeb to be pro-Labour; Tories want a spending review on the BBC, since it's taxpayers money being used. Given the massive salaries dished out through effective public money, ignoring the historical left leanings of the Beeb, they have wonga at stake too.

Initially, anybody who works in the public sector should be very worried about having a Tory Prime Minister, as there will be an early Budget which will inevitably lead to massive cuts in public spending. As there are a disproportionately large amount of public sector jobs in Wales our own economy here will in relative terms be dealt the heaviest blow with a budget full of austerity measures. This will of course eventually have a detrimental effect on private sector jobs in Wales, as those people still in employment in our country will be far fewer and by definition there will be far less spending power for those people. It will be like one massive snowball effect. As I keep saying be careful what you wish for, because you will not like what you get. Particularily if you live in Wales and to a lesser extent if you live in Scotland and Northern Ireland. It's going to get ugly. If it does not affect you personally you will be very fortunate but it may very well affect members of your family and close friends.

It's very difficult for any coalition between either LIbs and cons or Libs and Labs. It could possibly lead to a minority Tory government. The voters of this country have created a firestorm, god help us!!!

P.s. Adam Boulton is still a snooty Tory boy who has been outed

Sure. Daily Mirror and Piers Morgan ring any bells?

Face facts. There's media everywhere in the bias.* Campbell and Labour voting sychophants have the attitude that bias is bad unless it's in their favour...

* And yes,I put the words that way round for a reason...

I'm happy enough with my vote. The economy is screwed big time; commited socialist (ha) brown slates PFI yet increases it's usage dramatically... meaning the true debt Britain has is, well, staggering.

Same old Labour, really. Promise the "working man" the earth yet bankrupt the country in doing so...

A vote for Labour is a vote for Ridsdale
