Will I make It in time?

I have an exam tonight at 6.30 , 70 questions multiple choice, we have 2 hours for it but the lecturer said quickest anyone ever done exam is 20 mins average is 40 mins longest anyone taking is 1 hour, its in cyncoed uwic ,we are allowed to leave exam as soon as we are done, if I am late to the ground (god for bid) will they still let me in the ground or will I have to wait till halftime?
