He grew up suporting the city and standing on the bob bank. The fact that his last job was with the Dragons should be irrelevant. I have never met him personally but I have spoken to a few of my contacts this morning who know him well and they all had very positive things to say about him. They all thought he would run a very tight ship which is exactly what we need right now after the boom or bust period of PR's reign. Hopefully, we will just go about his business without having to get his face in the papers every few days. I hope he stays in the backround and is a success for the club, which i am sure he will be.

Apparently Gethin Jenkins is known as a 'budget’s man' who is very adept at balancing the books.
Personally I think it's a great appointment. Let's just say for the past 5 years all in coming signings to this club have had a little hidden agenda and that has now been removed and replaced with a far more honest man who isn't working with self-interest as his number one motivation.

The main things here is ......
1 He is a lifelong City Fan
2 He is a shrewd operator with finances
Seems OK by me!!
