do you need to go down to pick tickets up or they delivered?

The order confirmation said they'd be delivered (an extra £4.00 booking fee plus £5.95 for the privilidge!!!).

Is my 17 year old Student son classed as a Concession does any one know,cant seem to find it anywhere.Cos if he aint its the Cheap seats up in the rafters for me!!
