big screen down the bay? also a minute silence?

Please can anyone tell me if they will be putting the big screen up down the bay for the match at wembley as i need to make alternative plans just in case i get let down by my babysitters???

Also do you think they will do a minute silence for Mr Wayne Jones before the game at wembley and at the Bay (if it goes ahead)....who would be the person to talk to, to try and make these arrangements??
