CAN WE CHANGE OUR WEMBLEY TICKETS??

I have bought a £64 ticket but have just been told that it is upper tier. Now on the seating plan it says that all the £64 tickets are behind the goal. Can we exchange our tickets for tickets behind the goals? Im not paying £64 to sit in the upper tier...
