Somthing bad is going on cardiff castel /bute park

and bute park, Police everywhere, horses, ,unmarked cop cars, police dogs and police lexus's with armed police running into bute park, cops with guns running around all the bridges from sophia gardens and blackwier were bing manned

never seen so much OB

anyone got any info, or "in the know"

i maybe well off the mark here but? today ive seen about 10 limosines, i saw one, as a nypd cop car, with the drivers in american uniforms, ?????????????
