ticket problems

i'm a season ticket holder for next year. i'm supposed to be able to buy a ticket from 9am today but i'm having problems buying one from ticketmaster.

Having trouble myself, ticketmaster saying i aint eligible even though i have a st for next year. Would it be anything to do with paying in installments?

I rang the ticket Office an hour ago. Seems they have been having problems this morning and I was told to give it an hour and hopefully it would be sorted. Seems that they still need to update their database.

I will leave it for another half hour and if you still have no luck then ring the ticket office.

Anyone still having problems. Rang the club’s ticket office and they claim everything is fine, then ticketmaster say that my account doesn’t bring up the option of buying the ticket.

Really starting to piss me off now

Just phoned the ticket office explained the situation, and she sold me the tickets. Phone and ask to speak to gemma she served me and was great about it mate, hope you get it sorted.
