I know there was a shortage at one stage of the runs flats, probably worth ringing around!
Another option is blackcircles.com or e-tyres.co.uk , some do mobile fitting, others you could get your local place to fit if it's worth it price wise

or you can order them from Topaz Tyres, Topaz street, off clifton street too. they're pretty reasonable.....
