City legends - help needed

Just had the following message from another site I use:-

Hi mate, hope you are well. I work for a national TV station and just mulling over ideas for guests for fri on our show. Looking for anyone with a Cardiff connection - former player/manager etc who is good on TV. Any ideas much appriciated.

Any suggestions (contact details if possible - by pm obviously ) - I went with the current media friendly lot of John Toshack, Nathan Blake, Jason Perry, Andy Legg, Kevin Ratcliffe & Brian Flynn.

Also suggested Phil Dwyer, Dave Bennett, Don Murray, Phil Stant, Graham Kavanagh, James Collins, Danny Gabbidon & Earnie. Would have given Brian Clark but he's unwell as i recall.

Gave Richard Shepherd as an alternative as well.

That's all the info I've been given - seem to recall some previous stuff from him and MotD rings a bell, though I'm not sure what Friday night programme that would be

I've met Gary a number of times in the hospitality areas. Great bloke, i could certainly pass him on - depends then on who they're looking for.

It'll probably be for BBC and their Welsh football programme. You should ask for more details though. It could be anyone! I'd suggest Nathan Blake though. He talks a lot of sense.

A pitty you could not get a medium and try to speak to Robin Friday I am sure he would make great TV
