Quick Help Needed Urgently

This pair of dastardly thieves made off with Annis' dogs ( Princess and Santa ) after he had 'nipped' into a local shop for a hot dog.
The pair were seen to run off down the road but onlookers said they stopped some 100 yards later to sit on this wall for a breather but Annis said they were too far ahead for him to catch them up.
If you can help to name these portly thieves, Annis would be indebted forever.

annis would have talked the back end off it,
dont get im going or try winding im up you wont win or get away
only thought i'd be gone half hour
you should have seen the state on my frey bentos pie when i got in.
