club charging for refund

Bougt h 8 tickets for my irish mates who came over for game on sat,just been to club to get a refund, charged me 2 pound a ticket ,when its their fault.

That's stupid. I also found a glitch in their system. I was buying a rugby ticket for my brother earlier for the Blues vs Dragons game and they asked for my stadium card (being a Cardiff fan and not a Blues fan I assumed I could get discount using my Cardiff card). So I handed the ticket girl my Cardiff card and she swiped it, took £2 off the ticket price and bang, got the ticket.

I then checked the receipt and it said someone else's name. The girl had only stated she'd swiped a rugby card so my football fan number was actually someone else's rugby fan number. Even more funny is that the address of said rugby fan was in Swansea!

I rang the club up to apologise for the mistake in giving the receptionist my football card but stated she should have noticed instead of just swiping it. The club told ME off for giving the wrong card and refused to accept that the receptionist did any wrong in swiping it. The fact I told her both my brother and I had Cardiff addresses and this address was in Swansea completely missed her head. So yeah, I got £2 of your refund back for the people!
