SHUT UP.
I'm having enough trouble sleeping, eating or working.
Thought it was bad enough last Wednesday but it is surpassing that, it has grown beyond how I felt during the FA Cup Final and now moved on past the stress of the FA Cup Semi which was bad as didn't want to fall at that hurdle.
I am NOW remembering how I felt during the Play-Off final of 2003 where I left my seat and walked around the concourse for the last 5 minutes closely followed by two St Johns Ambulance men. Seven years on and I am concerned for my sanity.

My heart scares i had before xmas have seem to come back this week, bad pulpitations, heavey breathing, heart working twice as hard, so hope i make it till saturday
