WASTE OF TIME,NHS DIRECT

Phoned them earlier for some advice regarding my slight incontinence problem, hoping to get an appointment at the nearest hospital to my house.
She asked me where I was ringing from, I told her the waist down, and she hung up on me,lot of help they were.

same here when i rang about suspected swine flue........... phone line was crap mind...just alot of crackling.....

For a foolish second, and with a naive approach, I actually thought this was a serious topic. I then checked the creator... Gwyn... all my expectations of something topical and mature went out of the window!
