...That the Blackpool players each take home their kits, boots, shin-pads and training gear after each game or training session to clean them selves. Blackpool do not have a kit man, like every other team in the Football Leagues do.
They also have to WORK for their wages just like an every day person in the normal world. They get paid on how many minutes a game they play. (10 minutes = 10% of weekly wage, 20 minutes = 20% of weekly wage ect).
It does show why their players have worked so hard this season, and why the bonus for them to get promotion is so high.

They do get a basic wage as well, although its not as high as most teams in the Championship.
Its the extra appearance money that is based on minutes on the pitch.
