Do we need under-tarmac heating for the carpark?

Ok that was a, "sarcky" question but even if we did I guess road conditions could be responsible for a match postponement.

they are. Didnt Bolton v Blackburn have their game called off earlier this season - it was a Monday night match and the pitch was playable but the surrounding streets were trecherous (sp) underfoot

I've heard of a few. When Boro's Riverside stadium was opened a few seasons back, the first game which had icy weather was called off because the surrounding walkways and pavements were considered too dangerous for people.

As an extension to this, Cardiff Council are a disgrace. I park my car in the car park on Riverside and, walking in alongside the student flats, I went over and hit the floor with a real thud. My back is still fucked, my neck is sore, my fingers still numb and the back of my hand is still sore. A bloke walking 20 yards in front of me heard it and asked if I was allright, he even made the comment to me that it was like walking on glass. Why are the idiots in the council leaving the pavements on roads like this untreated? It's shocking. And it was humiliating for me
