DEDICATIONS TO THE ABSENT

Just though I would start a thread dedicated to people. friends or relatives who won't be at Wembley tomorrow.
Tomorrow is for my Grandfathers who took me to my first game on 26th Dec 1975 v Peterborough, we won 5-2. That day a passion was instilled into me that has and will never die. I know they will be watching over us tomorrow...we will not fail

Sam Wilson, my grandad, splotts best grave digger also will be watching us and cheering us on from up above im sure. First took me in 73/74 v Sunderland and season tickets in old wooden Canton top bit for 10 years after. In his 80s itook him to his last game V Lincoln in old 4th 1-1 Gilligan.Took him in Grandstand for the first time ever. He was chuffed had been watching City since 30's and never been in there.
