1:42 Dave Jones: Of course we have moved on. We have a new stadium, new training facilities and this club needed to sell to survive as we were still paying for old debt. I do feel the club has moved on, but like everybody we want it yesterday. Sometimes it takes longer, ie Manchester City thinking success comes in one fell swoop.

1:44 Dave Jones: Again, Chopra not scoring we have been winning and his workrate is a big integral part of what we do. Ross was injured for a long time and has to fight for his place along with eveybody else. Ross understands this and is doing exactly that.

It takes time to settle down. That's the case with our central defenders at the moment. They are starting to show what they are capable of.

I will always look at all players from all parts of the world, but at the moment due to financial difficulties within the club it's difficult to get out and watch players abroad as much as I would like or used to. This grated with me greatly as I really fought hard for them to give me the money to stay in the Premier League. If you want to compete with the best, then you have to invest. As this football club will have to do when we eventually get promoted.

The training facilities are also up there with the best and we're even looking to enlarge those facilities as eventually we would like pros and academy to be based at one facility.

In all fairness after that MAHOOSIVE read - he didn't really give us anything new did he?
And i noticed they vetted the questions - only the nicely presented and non-abrasive questions got through....
Im pleased with Jones so far, but for me - It MUST be this season......surely!
