Silly question I know! 
But if going to Scotland counts as going abroad (as he plays in the English League system)
In theory what if he went to a team in the Welsh League?
Seems some what strange that a Welsh International, currently playing in Wales would be considered going abroad if he played for a Welsh League team?
Or have I got that wrong?

No I don't think you have, as daft as it sounds I'm sure that's how it works although TNS is probably well down his priority list

Even though as a player he is currently registered through the FAW?
