Does anyone have any idea as to the extent of our scouting network.
I only ask as I see Wigan signing individuals from Honduras, Nicaragua and other Central American countries and decent players being signed from the Spanish Segunda (2nd) Division.
What are our scouts doing - Or are they limited to the UK?

Maybe we will have some one scouting Malaysia very soon ?
