Memories of 2009

Strange year really.

On the football side the year went well until the PNE game. TheBurnley game was superb as was our last floodlight game v derby. Farewell to NP was completely spoiled by that shower of shit game v ipswich and the embarrassing non expense sparred £5.99 farewell ticker tape party.

This season the new ground has failed to have a positive effect on me. It is very nice but it isnt Ninian Park where i spent many a happy hour (plus the odd decade of misery). I've only been in the ground 3 times. Will be over for the Blackpool game.

Family wise-happy with the Mrs and 3 kids until the Mrs went to the hospital for a womans check up and was told she was 19 and a half weeks pregnant. Just about over the shock now and looking forward to the birth of my 3rd son at end of April. Hopefully Baby Hughes will be told that he is a CCFC fan and we have just been promoted to the Premiership (When Charlie my eldest was born he was told-I'm your dad. Your a CCFC fan and we beat Hartlepool 2-0 yesterday!).
