City/Welsh friendlies...

Early days I know, but I suppose it will be Carmarthen and Port Talbot then this season (if at all) as Merthyr now don't have a ground?

Anyone have any inside knowledge? When will we know? Who actually organises these games anyway, lads/lasses?
