In December 2009 We had 13,010 Different ips, So in 6 Months We have now an extra 9,000 New IPs .

How does the IPS work with iPhones? Does it depend on where you are ie home, mothers house or free wifi area. Would they be classed as three seperate ones?

At a guess...

Most smart phones (iPhones, Blackberrys's etc..) will get IP addresses assigned dynamically whenever they enter a new 'zone', change carriers (roaming), or are turned on (includes being temporarily set to 'airplane' mode).

So, it is likely that the IP address on your smart phone is changing quite frequently, especially if you frequently turn it off, or 'accidentally' toggle airplane mode.
