Ticket overcharging vs Leicester

Anyone still not had their refund?
I e-mailed ticket office ...no reply... phoned them cos I was charged 33.50 .

Bottom line is that i believe they have no intention of refunds unless chased up. Dont get me wrong it was superb value for money, but they still owed me six quid, so i was told it would be refunded within 2 days.

This is wrong...they cannot say they will refund in 21 days and NOT BOTHER to do it????

I know most will say..its only a couple of quid...but its still wrong.....

they still owe me £2 now u mention it , certainly didnt get any reduction off my wembley ticket !

Funny thing I emailed them yesterday,no reply as yet

I could have a word with 1 of the guys on the trust ? Trouble is I live in Aberdare and it will cost me £2 to get to Cardiff anyway plus Ive already paid for nxt season
