Transfer embargo if Tax not paid. Well, that's lifted, but...
Regulations changed to also put an embargo on if company accounts not submitted, correct me if I'm wrong, but they still haven't been filed as far as I know.
Which means we'll still be under a transfer embargo, surely?

It was brought in at a recent meeting, the one that also stipulated a max of 25 players aged 21 or over in a squad.
The question is if it takes effect from say start of next season or is retro-active. if the latter, then we should still be under an embargo.

My interpretation is that the new rules, late filing of accounts and fielding 10 home grown players etc is that it comes into effect from Next Season, presumably from August 2010??
I would say the 2009 filing accounts will be classed as last season.
As yet CCFC haven't filed their accounts and it appears that they are always late, taking almost a year after their financial year end.

We were told at the EGM in Feb/March that the accounts were being held up as the stadium needed valuing and they would be done 'shortly'.
And we are still waiting.
Hardly suprising considering a £3m loan which was not disclosed to shareholders (althogh they were keen to tell us we had £30m+ of players and a £60m stadium
), was being hidden by the chairman.
