ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS NOW

Since Our Club Secretary who had been with us for over 10years was suspended and yet he still doesnt know why and has been told he will have till wait till the first week of January. Why do we treat the good people of our club so bad.

they were suppossed to give him 48 hours notice of a disciplinary hearing and then sit him down with a colleauge as a witness to what he was being accussed of before suspending or firing him after the hearing.

PR has got 3 of his staff to say Jason was swearing, 2 of the staff are PR's and the other is an old name which I am a bit shocked at.

dosent matter what jason was doing annis he would still have to have had verbal and written warnings prior to any disciplinary hearing.

steve is right annis there are lines you have to follow in H.R and the club hasnt followed them.
