Hi Annis,
If Joe does sign for a premiership club this week and the clubs cannot agree a fee, do you know how long it takes before a tribunal will set a fee. Obviously, the sooner the better as DJ can only spend what he recoups first.
If you're not sure on the tribunal dates, would you be able to find out (eg. no later than 14 days after the transfer completes)
