As we've signed Tom Heaton I'd say yes we have as we were under a transfer embargo because of the tax bill, this will be like last month where we both agreed with HMRC and the case just needed to be dismissed.

We haven't signed him yet, as his contract with Man Utd runs until 30th June. He has only agreed to sign for us at this stage, which is why I cannot understand why it's already been announced. It means that some underhand teams like Brum for example, could still nip in and talk him out of it!
