If your not doing anything and fancy watching something different then why don't you come to Merthyr Leisure Centre next to the new Cinema. It lasts all day starts about 10.30. With Kata, Kumite, (Fighting) . Its a great day with some cracking fights taking place. (And my boy is competing as well)

Mmmmmm I may pop over,I done karate for 3 years (shotokan) is it full/semi contact

It is Shotokan Chief. Semi contact. Even tho you get the odd broken nose or Jaw. It can get quite tasty
