CHELSEA TROUBLE

Fri Jun 18, 2010 1:32 pm

Anyone likely or even possibly caught up in this case please read.
I have no doubt if it's llike other cases this size, the Met will send down some officers to cardiff for two or three days and get a job lot of formall arrests and statements on masse.

The Footbal Supporters Federation have specialist Solicitors who are involved in purely matters of this nature, they therefor specialise in matters relating to cases like this.

Now the cases will be heard in London, so employing a local Solicitor down here is a waste of time, all they will do is look up a solicitor in London out of Yellow pages and pass the case on to them for a commission.
The FSF Solicitors are based in London and have access to London base barristers, they willtravel down to Cardiff for the statements and the arrests on that 2 or 3 day period, it will be far more beneficial and cost effective if a number of you use the same legal team, and of course they will do legal aid cases.

Be prepared, don't put your head in the sand get the best defence available, Corky or Vince will have the phone numbers you need.

And boys learn from this, we can all get caught up in things, but with technology around now, you ain't going to get away with nowt, keep safe and keep free.

Lots of lovely long bans and a few prison sentances, if they're guilty of course ;)

That would send out a nice clear message to the neanderthals who still persist in this childish behaviour.

Listen fella im no hooligan, and I dont wear the hooligan uniform, but I was attacked that day along with one of my children and I retain the right to defend myself against anyone who wants to harm me or my family.
Does that make me a hooligan…..should I go to prison…should I get banned from football…..not in my opinion.

Nice 1 Claude Blue! Sending out a clear message & all that shit.

If people choose to wear the clobber & be a casual then its up to them, its because of people like you they get treated worse than ever.

Great advise from Gwyn makes perfect sense.

Re: CHELSEA TROUBLE

Fri Jun 18, 2010 3:25 pm

Ok, I accept that it's all my fault!!!

The vast majority of football fans want to see so-called "lads" as far away from our club and our sport as possible.

Perhaps lifetime bans would be a better deterent.

Re: CHELSEA TROUBLE

Fri Jun 18, 2010 3:31 pm

'Claude' If you want to watch a sport with your perfect vision of no lads, no clobber, no drug & booze fueled awaydays, no release from otherwise boring Monday to Friday lives, no arrests & even no disorder go and watch the egg.

Just accept Cardiff City fans are who we are! And we're here to stay . . .

Re: CHELSEA TROUBLE

Fri Jun 18, 2010 3:40 pm

No you're not!!

You're a declining bunch. People who haven't moved on from the dark days of the 70's and 80's.

Next time you're at CCS look around you. Women, families and children in increasing numbers. Less and less "lads" wearing over priced labels and off their heads on alcohol and drugs.

Sure, you still infest our club on away matches but again you are in decline. You and your ilk are slowly but surely being removed, cut out like the cancer you are.

Move with the times and grow up.

Re: CHELSEA TROUBLE

Fri Jun 18, 2010 3:51 pm

'Look around you' are you serious I stand behind the goal in the Canton and I can count the women and children on one hand.

As for away games of course we infest them we're the only people that go.

Claude, move on to egg chasing they'll love you!

Re: CHELSEA TROUBLE

Fri Jun 18, 2010 4:08 pm

the fans deserve fair legal representation and the FSF route is the right way

as for the bother side of things you have to ask yourself if the new malaysian regime running this club are likely to be concerned about this sort of thing if it happens too often

the obvious answer is yes

and therefore you can only come to the conclusion that this sort of thing damages our club

now we all know that cardiff city have an edge and we will always from time to time have incidents at games ...thats a sure as night follows day

but that doesnt mean it should just be accepted

there is a big difference between looking after yourself and your mates and causing hassle to ordinary members of the public

I was on one of the coaches that went on a wrecking spree at chievely services on the M4 before the QPR cup game in 1989 1990

it was shameful to see that going on , young kids just working for a few quid on the tills shit scared as the service area was basically robbed , damage to property etc

having a scrap with like minded people at the high profile games is obviously on a different level but you still have the sight of cardiff city football club in the papers and on the news and all over the press

its not good

it could be argued that getting pissed up and being a pain in the arse at an away game , wetehr you have had a " hard week " or to get away from the missus is actually very selfish because it pisses off the majority of fans who want to watch the game

have a few beers , have a sing song but unless someones about to leather you , leave it alone

its all very well saying a lot of us have been fools and a lot of us probably have but its 2010 now

dont get me wrong I enjoy the edge of the big games but when we end up beating leeds , what happened ?

played em off the park and all the news was about trouble

football on the whole just aint like that anymore

city have moved on a lot

a few years ago , when we were first back in the championship there was trouble with forest , leeds , west ham etc

a season or two later and forest fans would be walked back across sloper road with people not that bothered, even if they had beat us

in the eighties there would be trouble with away fans outside even if we won !!

not denying our past and I myself was grateful a few times at away games ..especially wolves ..that we had some fans prepared to stick up for us ..but you know what I am saying

Re: CHELSEA TROUBLE

Fri Jun 18, 2010 4:41 pm

SLUDGE is right..for a change :D

Keep the atmosphere passionate and even edgy but it's defo time to move away from all the hooligan shit.

Lets be loud and intimidating but no violence chaps ffs :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

It looks pathetic when a bunch of expensively clad testosterone charged clones are chasing each other around like kids in a playground.

I can kind of understand young lads in their late teens/early 20's getting caught up in it but as for guys still involved in hooliganism in their 30's and 40's frankly they're just sad characters who need real help. It's not fuckin normal.

Re: CHELSEA TROUBLE

Fri Jun 18, 2010 5:40 pm

Claude you are wrong.. They are not a declining bunch you just have to look around certain areas of the ground and you will see it same for away days there is always a fair few "lads" (god i hate that term).. Just get over yourself and realise it will never fully go away it's always been there and always will be to degree.

There is NO NEED FOR THAT Claude, What a football fan receives from a Court in My Opinion is WAY OVER THE TOP and PERHAPS THESE PUNISHMENTS SHOULD BE MORE USED ON Rapists/Peados/Burglars/Drug Dealers etc.

I'm certain that Gwyn posted this topic to help people who had to defend themselves. It was not posted as a "be proud of our lads" topic.
Whether people are proud of our boys or not , there will be court cases AND people who had to defend themselves will be involved ............... So , to them people , take Gwyn's advice

Re: CHELSEA TROUBLE

AND , Annis is spot on , there are much worse crimes ........................ why pick on football supporting guys and put them down for a first offence yet not send down for life a rapist or paedo when proved guilty ??

That "Claude" bloke is a socialist of the lowest order. A lefty low life freak. I've been grassed up for my involment for f**k's sake, I was in Bulgaria and watched the match on TV.

Shit, really pisses me off, I don't know any of the Cardiff lot, but I know most of the so called Chelsea lot. Would I grass them. NO.

f*cking furious is Willy, these left wing f*cking cunts will give up at the first sign of a struggle then piss off home to their Mams.

Claude so you can say you have never done anything wrong you need to get over it its part of football cultue its been going on since football started .

Re: CHELSEA TROUBLE

Sat Jun 19, 2010 9:42 am

what you have to do is ask yourself a question

its 2010 now and cameras are everywhere

lets say we play leeds up at elland road

some leeds fan comes a bit too close in the car park and instead of just backing him off with a slap and keeoping on walking to the coach , you or one of your mates give him anotehr few digs

he falls over and cracks his skull and ends up on life support and loses his life

thats 5 years in prison and the probability of revenge attacks

so for being a tool you have made future visits by " normal " family groups of fans to leeds or any otehr place this sort of thing happens to be a very nasty and scary experience

is that something we are just going to accept ?

I am all for defending yourself but this culture of kicking off isnt going to go down very well with our new owners is it ?

have a think about what some of you are saying
