Why do Fans who are in lower leagues support 2nd teams.

Sat Jun 19, 2010 10:40 pm

Having been born and bred in Cardiff I only support one team. I have mates who follow Man.u/Arsenal/ etc and class them as their first team and Cardiff thier second team. Whats all that about?

An age old problem. If it were not for sky tv, they would most prob support the City.

In their armchairs in their living rooms, they pledge their allegiance!!

When I was a kid, a very very long time ago, It was always Cardiff first but everyone had a 1st division club they would watch out for. Most people went for Leeds, Liverpool or Man U, for my sins I chose Spurs. It was a great day when Peter Sayer scored the only goal against them at Ninian Park in the 70s. :old:
