Sam, I think he will do a Superb job in that Division and Be a Brilliant leader, Jones never liked him as he was passionate/stood up for what he believed in and was not a yes man.

He was great when he came but was a liability at the end.
However he was no worse than hudson.

I liked him at first, but then he started to easily let strikers past him and he went downhill.
