Whats the maths with England ?

If England draw and USA draw, both will be on 3 points. If both have the same amount of goals aswell. What happens ?
I got told yesterday that it would be drawn out of a hat. Is this right or will there be a qualifying playoff game ?

If england draw 2 - 2 and usa draw nil nil it will go to lots the same as england draw 3 -3 and usa draw 1 -1

If england draw 1 - 1 and usa draw 0 - 0 they go through

If England draw by 3 goals or more than the usa draw they will go through

Simple really - England have to win

If Slovenias defence play anything like Greeces did for 80mins then they may just hold England. Id be shocked if England dont win but thats been the story of their tournament so far.
Shame it wasnt in Europe tho. I would have enjoyed to go watch it today. Ill never forget Challois
