Banning Newspapers? Is not that Cardiff City were in the high court of London for unpaid tax not news?

Sounds rather petty or is it the case that Messer Ridsdale has not declared the clubs tax issues to the Malaysians?

Perhaps the reason for the ban is that that which was a positive story was reported in a negative way.
