Anyone a wizz with PS3 need help.

I was asked by my neighbour to add him as a friend to play him on Fifa sometime but when I turned my PS3 on my friends section at the end is completely blank their are no options to add friends send messages etc nothing I have done a system restore but still nothing is thier and just wondered if their is a simple solution to getting them all back?

I think its because the PS3 online Terms and Conditions have changed so it doesnt sign you in until you accept them.

Go to the sign in (cant remember the exact name as my PS3 is currently off) section and choose Sign in. It will prompt you to accept the new agreement.
