No, I think the premise is, they call you deluded. Unaware of your own capabilities, a bit like the Welsh Rugby team.

Welsh international football is crap and we are not saying it is anything else.

We are a small country and yes it does play a big factor.

Funding of football in Wales isn't fantastic.

There are few professional teams which does not help our cause.

Our seeing in groups results in us facing groups of death where realistically we should lose 4 games.

We are not helped like the Irish who are able to pick plenty of 'Irish' Englishmen as the Catholics like to get down to business and everybody seems to have an Irish grandparent.
