crowds of 18,000 = break even figure

Fri Nov 27, 2009 10:45 am

didnt Ridsdale say at the start of the season? well we have ben averaging at least 20,000 fans for our home games so we should be running at a surplus this season. So how in the hell do we owe HMRC money? ask him that one Annis and ask him how much is the HMRC bill.

I'm answering myself here but here goes. Another question for Ridders, Dave Jones recently said we have to offload a couple of players before we can get someone in. Well we have offloaded a couple so where are the new recruits Peter Ridsdale?

I don't think he ever said it was a break-even figure, but a budgeted figure I think. I doubt we were going to make profit by averaging 18k.
Although we must be over budget with regards to ticket sales so I don't know what the situation would be if we were getting 16/17k
