DISGUSTING!

I literally cannot believe what I am reading about Sam Hammam returning. And subsequently the influence of people on this board on the way our football club is and will be run. Sam Hammam nearly killed this club on more than one occassion, and the true City people like Dave Jones have been battling against him and his actions since he took over.

To be honest I don't give a flying F*** which of you have "personal" friendships with him, or what drum he banged to get you to follow him blindly (something you seem to be continueing to do!). You are the same people that ultimately made it impossible for me to go and watch Cardiff City away at many London games (during my time living there) because of your reputations and actions which meant trips were strictly bus and ticket only.

All I want is a normal club to support and just because a few want to be on the pathetic "inner circle" its impossible.

If Sam Hammam returns then that will signal the end of my City days I am afraid.

Ridsdale was a milion times worst for CCFC than Sam was but we saw him off and the Club survived just , Sam is coming back in a totally new role with money to invest and he is key to reducing the Langston debt . At the time of black Friday and the initial Langston issue I was NOT a fan of Sam but my opinion has changed after finding out the truth and the facts over many things ....................... as far as Im concerned now he cant come back quick enough altho Im a bit pissed off with Riddler's involvement tho

yeah and Ridsdale took the ultimate piss after Sam left , give Sam a chance coz all he wants to do is invest into CCFC and help reduce the Langston debt . Also Sam is a football man with football contacts and thats what is very mucj needed at the mo as the current board / management at CCFC are totally rugby biased

Sam and Langton could have and still could make life very difficult for our club if they wanted to play hardball. But instead he is looking to come back and help the club. Putting your head on the chopping block again at his age and knowing that some fans are going to give you a hard time shows me that Sam still loves our club unlike some people on the board!

You do not have to justify your reasons for supporting Cardiff City, nor should you.

However, is it not true we are in all this debt because of Sam Hammam (directly and indirectly). Just because I am not prepared to welcome him back with open arms. He embraced the hooligan element of our club, allbeit I don't think he truly understood what he was doing in that respect.

We have many fantastic fans (80%+), but too many morons spoiling it. Please do not take this as tarring you with this brush, but it is when other fans actions affect how I am allowed to support my team that it starts taking the piss.

For me Sam Hammam took us to the brink in more than one respect and represents a Cardiff City I want nothing to do with.

or would you rather sam back for exchange of debt into shares with no access or control over financial matters ( sam himself has said he wants niether )

you should be thankful we have a club to supoort and that sam is willing to convert the debt.
if i was sam and been through what he has, abuse over langston, failed to be paid anything off the £24m, having £24m reduced to £15, and more importantly SERIOUS ILL HEALTH, i don't think i would entertain the thought of returning.

most people seem to forget, it was sam who took us on when we were in div 4, now if he hadn't we wouldn't be in the championship conteding for a premier league spot, NO f.a cup final, no play off final, no swansea games, none of your big games, we wouldn't have a stadium and we would still be in that div, or even worse lower down, teams like portsmouth and even ipswich town would have been a dream

Worrying times indeed for City. Sam didn't do anything for the fans. He just did things for his mates.

The appalling video of him made after the Leeds game should have spelled the end of him in football. Unfortunately not. Isn't it great......to have a man potentially coming back on the board who endorses hooliganism?!

With all due respect Annis you need to be careful about dissing someone's views. There are very many City fans who are filled with horror with the prospect of Sam having an influence at our club again.

Myself, I'm slightly on the fence. I love the passion that Sam will bring but I've said before that Black Friday was the worst day I've ever had as a City fan in 38/39 years of going down there, so I am slightly concerned.

We keep hearing that we haven't heard Sam's side of the story but who's fault is that ? If we knew that then we could make our own minds up.

I am slightly easier about this proposal if TG is still "in charge" but don't expect all fans to worship at the feet of Sam. He has some bridges to build. The High Court Judge was in no doubt that Sam is Langstone and therefore it was he who pushed us close to oblivion (having previously rescued us )and therefore fans need to know the full story.

One thing is for sure, it's going to be exciting and very interesting

Give him the substance to want to have Sam back and the reason why he should be welcomed back by the fans that think it is a bad idea going "backwards" instead of forward
