I don't want Sam financially involved.

He has already messed up in that area and shouldn't be given another chance. However if he is purely back at the club to help with football contacts etc. then I think it is a good idea.

If he is financially involved then in my opinion it will cause more bad than good.

I think it will create another 'inner circle' and I don't think any football club should be run behind closed doors and keep the fans in the dark.

Despite saying all this, if he returns then I will give him another chance, even if he is financially involved.

I was going to make a similar post NTB but you've summed up my feelings right there. Sam did a lot to make me lose faith in him. He left in bad circumstances and it was a hurt that a lot of people still haven't recovered from. Me included.

Saying that, I've done things before in the heat of passion where my love for something has made me say something or do something I really shouldn't have done. I still don't think Sam should have any financial control because I think he's of the persona where he chances things based on his heart and not his head. That would be extremely dangerous for a club like us in our predicament.

However, I am always someone who is willing to give someone a second chance. If he does come back, in a non-financial capacity, then I would be willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

As someone else said, whether you liked Sam or not, supporting Cardiff City under him was always an interesting experience! :D
