' Its All in Russell Slades hands '

And of course our players.

Cardiff City are currently 3pts from the play-offs and we are still to play Sheff Wed,Birmingham,Burnley,Derby County and Ipswich Town.

All Russell Slade needs to do, is be consistent and get a couple of back to back wins.

Our record at home is one of the best in the Championship and with only one defeat at home all season.
With six home matches still to come(18pts available),we surely now must be looking favourites for that 6th place.

I personally am looking for 9pts at least from from our next four league matches.

Yes Slade has already achieved far more than most thought he would, including myself, but lets not now throw it away.

So over to you now Slade and get us that 6th place as its their for the taking and don't forget City fans can be the 12th man and play are part :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Jon Mapp Go On Sladey!! You can do it!

Nick Fisk VInce told me at Bournemouth pre-season mate, Slade always gets teams into play-offs in his second season in charge. Now I suspect he will cock the play-offs up though, and then, maybe he will leave. Surprising how many managers do that, even if they've done ok, straight after cocking up play offs.

Nick Fisk Back to back wins over Bristol and Leeds will be tasty tho.

From Facebook

Jon Mapp Whatever people will say, I think Slade's done a top job.
It's taken a lot to steady the boat after Malky and Ole put together an Ikea team (great on paper, but hasn't been put together yet) and wasted millions on players we never used.

His first aim was to stop us leaking goals everywhere which he's done well and now we're starting to win matches again as well. :d happy happy happy, I think he certainly deserves a chance to push us up there. Just hope he doesn't choke during the playoffs

Nick Fisk Football miles better than under Malky. I loved Malky as a geezer, but Christ, those last 15 minutes EVERY GAME camped in the box.

Yeah, no way are we favourites? 3 points behind, and with a vastly inferior to Sheffield Wednesday - that makes us anything but favourites.

That said, we have a hell of a chance to do it. Here's hoping!

Back the guy until the end of the season, is it too much to ask?

We are in a very decent position and I truly believe with the current squad we shouldn't be where we are.
