Why Ridsdale?

We heard this week that they found out that they knew nothing about sorting contracts etc. Gethin told Nick to phone Borley, because Gethin's not speaking to him. (That sounds like a clip from Big Brother doesn't it! - In a Gordie voice "Day 35 in the big brother house and Gethin's not speaking to Borley. Gethin wants a biscuit so asks Nick to ask Steve to pass them to him. Steve tells Nick to tell Gethin that he'll pass the f*cking biscuits when he's finished his f*cking custard cream".)

Anyway back to my point. Nick has to phone Borley to ask how to do a contract because theres no one at the club with a f*cking scooby on how to do it. Borley though doesn't know himself so tells Nick to phone Ridsdale. WHY???? Why f*cking Ridsdale? If the above is true, why in the f**k did Borley tell him to ring Ridsdale? You can imagine the response from Ridsdale and his questions about how big will the bonuses be if he helps out.
What I would have expected Borley to do is to tell Gethin Jenkins to get on the phone to Jason Turner, who is only 5 minutes away from the club and is probably the best contract sorter in the f*cking UK.

For many months we were told by those with 'inside information' on this board that Peter Ridsdale was hated by the Malaysians and by the rest of the directors.

Odd, then, that TG has apparently requested that Ridsdale act as an intemediary in alleged meeting with Sam Hammam, while we are also told that Ridsdale is helping to sort out contracts for the club at the request of the new board.

Something doesn't add up.....

I have always known that anyone who works in the IT dept of a company, when training anyone up, will always keep just a little bit of their job back that nobody knows how to do but him, sort of makes him indispensible to the company because, if anything goes wrong, only one person knows how to do that part of the job. Maybe Riddler has done the same with contract negotiations and the drawing up of contracts. Makes him a little bit indispensible to the club and harder to get rid of completely

There is that but I'd expect Ridsdale to know how to talk the deal but regarding paperwork I'll bet you a bacon sandwich that he knows fuckall apart from a passing knlowledge. Turner on the other hand is an expert.
