The reality is clubs like Swansea are stepping stones for the likes of the Martinez and Sousas of this world. Just goes to show how small a club Swansea is. Dont you wish we were a small club so Jones would bugger off.

Swansea are on a downward spiral now. Last season was their chance and they ballsed it. Sousa has seen that and he's jumped ship. So has Leon Britton. I wouldn't be surprised to see Swansea struggle next season.

wonga, liecester will pay sousa a championship managers wage not a league 1 managers wage.
