somone bought somthing off me 3 months ago ! they are now saying it hasn't turned up ?? i want to tell them to get fucked but can they still leave feedback and get thier money back at this late stage?

its their fault for leaving it so long, and probrably too late to leave feedback anyway you can put it in the hands of e bay arbitration

you should have a reciept from the postoffice to claim the price of the contents back too.

One way to deal with Messers like this is to email them asap saying your sorry, it got lost by the mail & you'll send thrm a replacement first thing.this is the fun part get a box fill it full of paper then send it out recorded delivery so when they sign for it you got Proof that you've sent something.

Did you get proof of postage? I always do when I sell something.

Better still in the box, put a bomb in the fucker,no complaints no negative feedback. Problem solved
