Absolutely killing me, anyone got any tips to get rid. Can't take tablets that make you drowsy cos of my job.

Had a jab a few years back proper sorted it but that been stopped.

I am not a doctor, but a friend had an injection/s of the specific substance that causes the allergic reactions and this eliminated his hayfever symptoms completely. That was some years ago and he still seems to be hayfever-free. I think that this type of immunotherapy or "desensitisation" needs to be repeated to get a result - more than one injection is required.

I understand that there are also steroid-based injections, an entirely different approach which can't be good for you.

Loratadine, in Tesco, guaranteed non drowsy but takes a few days to build up in your system. I take it every year and no hayfever (I used to be unable to go outside some years) also boost it with beconaze nasal spray or similar.

Cut your nose off and sew your eyes up, that should do it.
