She was being really ill last night, so we took her to the vets this morning, they think it might be parvo, so they gave her some injections and told us to go back tomorrow at 9am.
She hasn't been in contact with other dogs, but parvo can be transferred by stepping on anything and carrying it on your shoe, or anything like that. Hopefully she'll be ok

My old dog had parvo over 20 years ago. Fair play the vets were brilliant they gave him injections and had him on an a drip whilst they kept him in their doggy hospital for a week.
I told them I didn't care what it cost just make him better and I remember doing double shifts so I had enough cash to pay for the treatment.
He made a full recovery and when he was discharged and I took along about £300 to pay the bill. I closed my eyes and asked 'how much?' and Ma Morris (the head vet) said '£15'
I couldn't believe it I got my dog back and it only cost £15, but I had earned an extra £300 in the meantime. I gave her £50 and bought the dog and new basket, a bag of marrow bones and still had enough for a good piss up to

We go to the PDSA so I think they charge reduced amounts, which is a great help. Out of hours last night wanted £70 just to see her. I think if it is parvo, she'll be going on a drip when we take her back in tomorrow. Fingers crosses she'll be ok though

At least you have recognised that she was ill and have got her treated more chance of being ok
We had a family dog in a pub he never went out or into the pub when open BUT one of the customers brought it in on their clothes! and he was very ill and died
Hope she gets better and revovers fully and no matter what you pay the PDSA for treatment, I hope at the end you give them a nice little donation on top because believe me if you at a vets you would be into the £100's already and likely to hit the £1000's with drips n over night stays
AND when she comes home enjoy
