I have never understood why British Clubs dont get more players from these Countries as the players are Hungry to Succeed and Cheap.

The embargo is not due to unpaid bill it is due to 2009 accounts still not submitted and we will be under an embargo until such time they are submitted.

Why is there such a problem with processing accounts?

Why can't we just do it?

Give them to me and i'll post them if it's that much of a problem.
