" HE WILL NEVER BE A CARDIFF CITY LEGEND "

Mon Jul 12, 2010 4:50 pm

Joe Ledley, yes he scored twice at wembley and I will NEVER EVER FORGET :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

BUT MY TYPE OF CARDIFF CITY LEGENDS ARE " PHIL DWYER and JASON PERRY " :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Just My Opinion

But I DO WISH JOE LEDLEY ALL THE BEST WITH CELTIC :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I agree, not a legend. You have to put some serious service into a club to become a legend and Joe didn't, he had the opportunity to move on and earn more cash and unsurprisingly he did, who can blame him for that, its just one of those things, at the moment we just cant match his ambitions...sorry wages  .

I say good luck to him and maybe he could become a legend at Celtic?

Not close to a legend, Likes of Chops are closer to legend status than him.

I think he will, especially if we end up back in the shite divisions.

Twenty years down the line, we'll probably talk of Ledley as the Wembley hero and Dave Jones being our greatest manager.

I think if Joe had been a player 20 or 30 years ago, then he may not have moved as maybe circumstances could have been different than. Phil Dwyer and Jason Perry stayed with us for so long and made so many appearances because they played at a time when 1 club players were more commonplace. Letrs face it, how many 1 club players are there outside the top division these days?

At least he has made us money rather than screwing us over.

If chops left now Id think well of him, Ledley I will never

Nah, that don't make him a legend. Breaking a contract in search of money? At least Joe never broke any contracts

l doubt perry and dwyer were ever offered over 150% pay rises 2 leave.

also has 3 times as many welsh caps at 23 than those two combined. which speaks volumes about their abilities.

The boy has benn badly advised and represented in my opinion. If he had to leave he should have gone to a premiership club.Sadly now for wales and the boy hiself, he will disappear into the average that is Scottish football, only to re-appear at a championship club in a few years time.
