photo bucket is what some of them use

depends on what kind of editing you want to do ?

redeye, cropping, brightness and contrast, rotating, colour, resizeing, compressing.

you cant find an easier program than microsoft office picture manager

if you looking to alter gammer and do layers and shit you need photoshop or something equivilent

Photoshop CS3 (CS4 is released but not as good) is possibly the best Photo editing Software out there at the moment. All my editing and designing is done there. Takes getting used to, but well worth it in the end. Always the first programme I open up when I'm on my PC. Currently in the middle of Designing my football club's website on there, along with the badge i created on there....
