On ssn this morning it said that portsmouth have signed a defender from stoke(can,t remember his name)on a season long loan, now they ars still in administration, how come they can sign players and we can,t??????

Apparently it's because they've got a squad of under 20 players!
We've got 23 players on the books and my understanding, is as soon as Pompey reach a squad of 20, they won't be able to sign any more!
