Thank god I stayed, all these years later I am still amazed we actually came back - It is Cardiff City after all, we are noramally on the wrong end of these results.....
As you say Annis, great days and great memories.

You said it mate. It's a different world these days. Funnily enough, my dad actually got taught to drive by and worked with the legend that was Harry Parsons before he joined the city.
As a result of their friendship, I was lucky enough to get CCFC shirts, boots, Mitre footballs and a comp for every game from the gentleman and comedian that was 'H'
Respect,
Peter

CCFC WORCESTER wrote:You are right he really was Mr Cardiff CIty. Being lucky enough to know former players such as Jason Perry, Damon Searle and my big mate Jon Morgan as well as having had the opportunity to banter with top bloke Roger Gibbins when we go in the Premier club, I can honestly say, those lads all LOVE Cardiff City FC and did it for the love of playing and our club. Not sure how many of the existing squad I'll see at CCS in ten or twenty years time though unfortunately.....
Guess what though, we'll still be there, and probablty still decked out in Fila, Armani, Tacchini, Stone Island and Borg Elites/Trimm Trabs/Gazelles etc remembering tragic Freight Rover midweek away defeats to Torquay from '83/84 with fond(!!) memories
My club, my passion....
